Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate PMHNP to deliver high-quality outpatient mental health care to diverse patient populations. The ideal candidate is committed to evidence-based, patient-centered care and enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

St. Louis, MO

Key Responsibilities:

• Must be comfortable with MAT
• Perform psychiatric assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage medications and monitor treatment efficacy and safety.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nursing staff, therapists, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Contribute to care planning and discharge recommendations.
• Document patient encounters and treatment plans in a timely and compliant manner.
• Adhere to all ethical, legal, and regulatory standards governing psychiatric practice.

Qualifications:

• Licensed and certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in the state of Missouri.
• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience in outpatient mental health strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Comfortable using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Flexible availability for part-time or full-time scheduling.
